Leadership Development Program
A University-wide leadership development program is currently in development. The Organization & Employee Development website contains updates on the progress and featured leadership topics.
Additional resources available for leadership development include:
 | Accelerate, WSU's employee development portal is available to all full-time benefitted faculty & staff and provides thousands of training resources including leadership-related books, online courses and simulations, and skill briefs and job aids. Access Accelerate by logging into Academica.wayne.edu and selecting Employee Resources > Other Resources > Accelerate - Employee Development Tools. Resources may be found using the search feature at the top of the page. Recommendations mapped by competency may also be found by clicking on "Catalog" in the menu on the left side of the page and the "Leadership" folder.
