Performance Management

Activities:

  • Manage the overall performance management process for your School/College/Division (S/C/D).
  • Work with your assigned human resource (HR) consultant to advise, coach and counsel supervisors and managers on the performance management process.
  • Communicate appropriate deadlines to departmental personnel
  • Ensure all reviews are completed and submitted to central HR by established deadlines.
