Activities: 

• Collaborate with school, college or division (S/C/D) leaders to identify department and employee development needs.
• Consult with the Human Resource Organization & Employee Development (OED) department on how to conduct and properly utilize diagnostic tools such as gap analysis and needs assessments to assist in your department's employees.

Timing:  As needed; at least annually.
